Our Commitment:
At Pioneer Solar & Renewables Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality solar and renewable energy products that meet our customers’ needs. While we understand returns are necessary at times, we aim to assist you in making informed decisions before placing an order. Reducing unnecessary returns keeps costs low, benefiting both the client and our business.

Return and Refund Policy:

• Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of invoice, given it’s unused and in its original condition.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Refunds within 30 days: Full refund minus restocking fees, price reductions, and shipping costs.
• After 30 days: Store credit only, minus restocking fees, price reductions, and shipping costs.
• After 60 days: No refunds or returns accepted.

Certain items, like opened or installed products and solar panels, are non-returnable. We reserve the right to decline any return or subject them to a restocking charge.

Processing Time for Returns:
Returns typically take up to 30 business days to process. This duration ensures thorough inspection of returned items and verifies the customer’s purchase information. Different product types and shipping logistics can affect this timeframe. Always ensure accuracy in email and address for return requests to prevent delays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks:
Contact us directly at 1 (833) 384-7657 or sales@pioneersolarenergy.com to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may incur additional fees and legal actions.

Dispute Resolution:
We aim for fair and timely resolution for all concerns. In unresolved disputes, both parties may seek mediation or arbitration.

Liability:
Our liability for refunds and chargebacks aligns with the terms and conditions in this policy. We are not accountable for any supplementary costs, damages, or losses resulting from refunds or chargebacks.

Cancellation Policy:

• Out-of-stock orders can be canceled by us, granting a 100% refund without prior notice minus any processing charges.
• Immediate cancellations (same day) are fully refunded minus any processing charges.
• Cancellations before shipping get a 100% refund minus processing charges.
